I’ve worked with lawyers and law firms for 35 years,
From small firms to the very largest firms in the world and with clients at all levels. As a former recruiter, I am used to counselling clients on the most delicate and confidential issues imaginable, and as a strategy consultant, I have worked at the highest levels.
More than anything, I am passionate about the coaching approach. I firmly believe that every individual has great potential, and I get enormous satisfaction from helping them become the best version of themselves that they can.
My Approach
My starting point is, of course, conventional coaching models (GROW etc) but I believe in whole person coaching: we are the same person at home and at work, so all life experience is relevant.
I am not a strictly ‘non-directive’ coach. While I help my clients map out the ground and identify options, where my clients ask me directly for specific advice I will respond appropriately.
Costs are tailored accordingly (I’m an “absolute bargain” according to one client).

London office of Top 50 US law firm: individual coaching with partners on marketing, personal brand, personal effectiveness, increasing fee income, client acquisition.
Top 30 UK-based international firm: individual and team coaching of specialist advisory group, personal effectiveness, client targeting.
Top 30 international firm: working with managing partner over the course of nearly ten years, personal effectiveness and strategy.
Currently undergoing accreditation with ICF-approved provider.
